These past three weeks of school have actually been decent.
The homework load is fucking heavy, but I can manage. Luckily, I have lots of time to do my homework, buuut I usually put it off. I'm beginning to wonder if I have ADD. Seriously, leave me to sit and do something, and I'll just get up and walk around and find something better to do. That is kind of affecting my guitar practicing. lol. I'll start to play this jazz riff, then think "Hey! Where the fuck did I put my water bottle? " then get up and search for that for nearly an hour.
I know lately I've made some super bad decisions, and I need to learn how to control myself. Haha, I'm sixteen, so I guess I'm bound to make some mistakes.
Hmm.. I am off to read.. or practice my guitar.. or idunno.

Against Me! isn't bad. A bit of an acquired taste. I have an open musical palate, and it took repeated listenings for me to pick a few songs I'd like. What can I say? I prefer Rise Against for my "stand up" bands!

I found myself like that in high school. I think it was the anticipated freedom that was making my mind wander and making it hard to think. Hasn't changed much at 25! Stay as consistent as possible though, especially with your guitar! Remember poor little girls like me who tried to be musicians, and got art supplies instead!

I am gonna send you a proper howdy doo -hopefully mid/end of next week. We are moving this weekend! Yay! (Well, not really -and almost didn't happen at all. Was rather scary dicey for a while there! But it is all working out for the best.) But I won't have phone/net till mid week. I can tell you though -food, clothes, furniture -not so vital. Computer, stereo... IS GOD. ;)
